Our city has a new law that will go into effect Oct. 1 of this year.All pets have to be licensed for $3 each. That's not a problem, the problem is keeping a collar on the kitties outside! (I wonder how much money I have spent on collars???) So I am trying to raise enough money for microchips for the outside cats. I'm afraid they may be picked up while I'm out of town or something, so the microchips seem to be the best way to help me find them if they are picked up by animal control.
